The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic glass cooktop, big fridge and freezer and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace. In the living room there are Sat TV .The house is equipped with a split-type air conditioning unit installed in the living room. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a laundry rack, ironing board and an electric iron.
