Nice studio in the hills (Puig Rom) with a community parking space and 400m away from the beach and 500m to the centre of Roses. Capacity 1/4 people.





The studio is distributed in:

* Dining room with 2 sofa beds (150 cm) and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels). Air conditioning.

* Equipped kitchen (microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster ...)

* Bathroom with shower.

* Community parking space.



Located in the Puig Rom area (urbanization on the mountain in front of the harbour of Roses) at 400m from the beach and 500m to the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

At 2.700m there is the beach of Canyelles (fine natural sand beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialities. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Arrival and departure times can be adjusted according to the season.

The price does not include bed linen and towels. You can rent them for €15 /person.

To the indicated price, it is necessary to add the tourist tax of €1 per person over 16 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7€ per person).
