Right from the start, you'll fall in love with its modern and welcoming design, designed to make you feel at home. With capacity for up to six people, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms completely renovated in 2022, ensuring an impeccable rest experience.



The kitchen, renovated in 2024, is fully equipped with high-end appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. It also has all the necessary utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle so you can easily prepare your favorite foods.



Distributed on a single main floor, the house offers a large open space where comfort and functionality merge perfectly. The living room, equipped with air conditioning, becomes the ideal place to relax after a day of sun and beach, while Wi-Fi and Smart TV with channels in German and English allow you to stay connected and entertained whenever you want.

An Outdoor Oasis for Unlimited Enjoyment

The exterior of the house is a real gem. From the main terrace, you have direct access to the private pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. For your comfort, a toilet next to the pool avoids the need to climb stairs, making your experience even easier.



Outdoor evenings will be unforgettable thanks to the barbecue on the terrace, ideal for preparing dinners under the stars. In addition, mosquito nets on the windows ensure uninterrupted rest.

Is electricity included?

Due to the large increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. If it exceeds it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, the amount of the kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

Does it have air conditioning?

We remind them that the air usually cools the room immediately if all the openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it working if they are not at home.



How big is the pool?

It measures 4 x 8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There is a double bed of 180x200cm, a double bed of 160x200 and a sofa bed of 160x190m.



Are towels included?

No, but we have it for rent.



Who is in charge of maintaining the pool?

The technician stops by once a week.
