”Second time staying here in the past year. Just as clean, completely equipped, and quiet both times.”

”it’s a really comfortable hotel room with a nice little living room area. The bed was great as well as the Free breakfast. For a very good price I use this as my base to explore Rainbow Springs State Park and Three Sisters Springs in Crystal River. We also enjoyed some great food in the area at Swampy’s and the Blue Gator.”

”Very well maintained property, staff Was very professional, friendly and helpful.”

”Sink in bathroom ran all night and could not be shut off. Floor had wet spots on check in and toilet paper that was on the roll was wet”

”Room and staff were great. Spa was not hot, but other than that there wasn’t much to complain about. Breakfast buffet was really good!”

”The elevators were slow but the stay was clean and nice with a good location”

”This is a beautiful hotel. Our double king ringside suite was perfect for our mother daughter getaway. Plenty of space for two adults. Especially loved the half bath and clawfoot tub. Staff were lovely. A variety of shops in the hotel. Yellow Pony was a cool place for a casual bite. Stirrups served the best filet I’ve had in a very long time. Spa services were amazing…body treatment and massage were very relaxing. Art exhibit was spectacular.”

”Super clean excellent location friendly staff. Will def be back! The bar staff on site were super friendly! Front desk guy was very helpful”

”A clean well thought out space to stay. The suite was perfect for two adults.”

”Some of the staff were very nice some would not talk to you at all.no parking spot to park in be spread had brown spots on it”

Breakfast was extremely disappointing as well, with little more than boiled eggs and yogurt. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, the amenities were not up to standard, and the...
