”Front desk was rude and unprofessional. Room was a bit small but ok”

”Beautiful hotel, staff was great. Restaurant not so good. Needs significant improvement in quality of food preparation. Overcooked (meat burnt on one side and then hidden by putting burnt side down on the plate side in one case), another pasta dish enter at the same meal was served luke warm, not fresh and hot as it should have Ben. This is a problem and should be addressed. Two porly cooked meals at the same sitting is not an accident. The bar and staff on the other hand were excellent.”

”Night shift front desk staff validates our parking but the lady in morning shift refused to validate our parking, saying it wasn’t included in our package. Loading and unloading front area has a strong unpleasant smells ”

”The hotel is like a mall with the rooms being on 3 levels and the room enclosed by two large windows and a glass front door that has black out curtains attached. The curtains are not attached at the bottom so they move and open up whenever you walk by. Some rooms have shutters and those rooms I can see inside what’s on the floor even with the blinds closed. I didn’t feel comfortable dressing in the bedroom because of these windows and the door even with the curtains. The doors are opened by a...

”Really good, well-run motel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order. Parking seems very safe (your car is right outside your room). The single downside is there are a few barking dogs in the neighborhood – obviously not the hotel’s fault. It is only occasional, though, and not a dealbreaker. I liked staying here and would definitely stay again.”

”Room was clean and there were several places nearby to eat. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room had good blackout shades and bed was comfortable with nice pillows and linen. ”

”The bathroom had only toilet paper + tissue. No mirror in the bedroom area. When 2 people are staying a second mirror would be appreciated. Felt more like a hospital room, than a hotel room. ”

”The laundry room was fine. There was no staff. It was a kiosk check-in outsourced to India. No personal touch here. Since there was no staff, all public trash containers were overflowing with food and trash. The breakfast area was okay but doesn’t even open until 7:00am. I’m usually out of the hotel by 7:00 when I’m traveling. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. I won’t be back. ”
