”Small bathroom somewhat dated”

”Decently clean, comfortable room, but the main reason to stay here would be location. It's very conveniently located right off of 95, has food and shops, coffee that are walkable if you're exhausted and just need to get off the road and relax from driving on a road trip. That said, the room was noisy with neighbors, musty with an odor, and they charge you $10 for parking, which seems like a cheap grab - just include that in the price, please.”

”Room and beds were fine. Breakfast was not as good as we’ve seen in other motels.”

”The place is run down and needs a facelift. The carpet is old and smelly. The rate was good, but you kind of get what you pay for here.”

”The room was clean but there were no outlets near the bed to plug in my phone. The outlet that was in the room was loose and flimsy. The light switch plate in the bathroom was old and cracked. The towel rack was held in by maybe 1 screw and looked like it was about to fall out of the wall.”

”Property is beautiful. Very reasonable price Room is good and clean although I thought beds r kinda hard. Only negative thing is the tv reception. Goes out constantly, very annoying. Continental breakfast was good. Very convenient location. Next to Foxwoods and u can walk or take hotel shuttle to Foxwoods Be sure to visit Hells Kitchen, wonderful dining experience. Beef Wellington was incredible!!!”

”The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are amazing and accommodating. I appreciate when staff members go above and beyond to meet your needs and thats just what they did. They have a shuttle to the casino every hour and its only 7 mins away driving. I would stay here again”

”I knew it wasn’t the Plaza when I booked a room, and it gave me everything I hoped for — a quiet, spacious room, good AC, a cheerful welcome, and lots of flexibility regarding early check in and late check out. If you need a clean, safe, welcoming place to stay in the area, this is a safe bet.”

”We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. Communication was great as we weren’t sure if there was danger of flooding due to the impending storm. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a nice touch (and...

”The workers were very helpful”

”At check in it was emphasized that there is no smoking anywhere in the rooms, yet as soon as you enter the building you are overwhelmed by the stench of old cigarette smoke, absolutely horrible! Inside the room it was slightly less but still there and mixed with the musty smell coming from the old heating/cooling unit that appeared to have never been cleaned. The basics were decently clean as far as the bathroom, linenes, etc. but the hangers were mostly sticky which was disconcerting . The bed...
