”The property is an historic hotel building right on the downtown core - completely renovated, refurbished and redecorated beautifully. Very attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are modernised, updated fixtures and fittings, extremely comfortable beds...... this is a great place to stay in Trail.”

”Had a poolside room with patio doors to the indoor pool. Loved it. Rooms were clean, bed was good. Price was great. Near food and shopping options. Halls weren’t vacuumed the 4 days I was there and needed to be. A lot of trash and butts around the outside of the property never got picked up in 4 days. Room key issues several times.”

”Our stay at the Chameleon Hotel was good. We were pretty wary when we pulled up because the outside looks extremely run down, but based on other reviews we decided to give it a try. Inside was good and our room was very clean and bright with large windows. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We partly chose this place because it included breakfast but weren't able to eat breakfast there. There was boxes of cereal, blueberry muffins, yogurt and fruit cups available in...

”The room was clean enough, the hot water was either extremely hot or only warm ish. Our tub also did not plug. The staff wasn’t very cheery, and when we went to check out there wasn’t anyone there. Fine enough for a run of the mill hotel. Also the restaurant hours aren’t great, I wouldn’t plan to eat there”
