The Space:

With a living area of approximately 45 m², our holiday flat offers the perfect retreat on the first floor. The accommodation is designed to sleep up to four people and is ideal for families thanks to its facilities, which include children’s crockery, a high chair, children’s books, toys and blackout blinds.

In the cosy living area, with its easy-to-clean laminate flooring, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a TV with cable connection and free Wi-Fi. Entertainment is also well catered for: as well as board games, there’s a PlayStation with games available for you to use.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped: a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are all at your disposal. The bathroom features a bath, towels and a hairdryer. The accommodation is rounded off by a cosy balcony with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air.



Guest Access:

Exclusive use of the accommodation: During your stay, you will have the entire 45 m² holiday flat on the first floor, including the balcony, to yourself. You will not have to share any rooms with other guests.

The flat is on the first floor and is accessed via the staircase (no lift available). The staircase is shared.

Bicycle storage: You have access to a lockable bicycle storage room in the building where you can securely store your bicycles or e-bikes.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is situated on Leonhardstraße. This very central city location, right in the heart of Rostock’s lively, trendy Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt (KTV) district, is ideal for getting around. Numerous restaurants and a wide range of shopping options are all within easy walking distance. There’s plenty to do in your free time too: the famous Rostock Zoo and fishing spots are nearby. The nearby city harbour on the River Warnow is a lovely place for a stroll, and getting to the Baltic Sea is straightforward too, as the flat is close to the beach.



Getting Around:

The flat boasts excellent transport links. You’ll benefit from direct access to public transport via the bus and other local services, allowing you to explore Rostock and the surrounding area at your leisure.

If you’re travelling by car, you can use free on-street parking spaces. For cyclists, the building offers a convenient and lockable storage facility in the on-site cycle room. There’s also a coin-operated launderette in the immediate neighbourhood, which you can use as and when you need to during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
