”We really enjoyed our stay. Francisco was the best -very friendly, great service, and fantastic recommendations for dinner, boat tour, and other quintas to visit. It was nice to meet the owners as well and talk with them about the harvest season. Will definitely recommend and will come back the next time we’re in the Douro.”

”The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. ”

”We had a wonderful stay while in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect and Ajita was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although being on the top floor without a lift, the balcony was nice during the evening. There is construction happening nearby, but we were not in the room most of the time it was going on, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would stay once more if lucky enough to visit Porto again.”

”I only stopped at Sandeman´s for one night but I would have loved to stay for longer! The staff was super friendly, deco was interesting and visitors were nice and relaxed. The port wine drinks at the "livingroom" were really cheap but tasty!”
