”Wonderful hotel, true 5 star experience. The service and attention to detail was very appreciated. Spa was lovely, 20m pool, steam and sauna, often you have this to yourself if you go at the right time. Breakfast was very good with an order to table menu and fresh juices. Note however the privacy is limited in the room with the shower in the room and clear toilet door.”

”Very good , clean and new hotel. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very versatile and good. Location is good even if it isa bot away from touristic centre. Only minus is that in room bed pillows were too flat and difficult to find suitable support for neck.”

”This bnb is a gem in every way. The location in the historic district is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Car parking is very easy on the street. The bnb itself is stunning and comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was like none other we have ever seen. The host was friendly and helpful, and her breakfast was remarkable! She couldn’t do enough to make sure that we had everything we needed or wanted. The property and backyard with a pool was beautiful! We highly recommend...

”This is a beautiful property right on the Douro river. The rooms are very modern and clean and have balconies that overlook the river and vineyards. The staff is so good and want to help anyway they can. We are finding that helpfulness is a Portuguese trait, they are born that way. There is free parking, free EV Charging, a free tour of the wine process and free treats. The location is great for exploring the Douro valley. I recommend visiting Regua and if you are a good driver take a ride up...

”Tyylikäs vanhan ajan hotelli. Ilmastointi huoneissa joten mukava lämpö vaikka ulkona parina päivänä 30 astetta. Siisti kylpyhuone ja pieni minibaari huoneessa. Puolen litran vesipullo tuotiin päivittäin. Hotelliaamiainen hyvä, ei mitään luxusta mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Douron rantaan Ribeiraan kävelymatka, tosin melko jyrkkä tie joten ei liikuntarajoitteisille. Lähitienoilla useita hyviä ravintoloita.”

”Breakfast was really good. The court yard room was really quiet and beds were great. Restaurant had a good service but the prices were a bit high even in Porto. We stayed 9 days and receptionists did not try talk to us or ask how our vacation has been, they just standed there. We asked one time for cleaning and they did not change the sheats, litter bin they emptied.”
