     Come for the sunshine and stay for the golf, beaches and memories! This beautifully done 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private pool home in Rotonda West is the perfect home for anyone looking to relax, enjoy beaches, golfing or just wanting the best Florida vacation. 

    Light pours into the home from the entry to the back patio doors opening up half of the house to the enclosed lanai and pool area. 

    Bedrooms

     Split floorplan, with king master bedroom with ensuite and patio access on one side of the house and the other two guet bedrooms on the other side of the house. One queen guest bedroom is also an ensuite with full bathroom. The other guest bedroom is also a queen bed with hallway access to the third bathroom (leading out to the pool)

     Kitchen and Cooking

     Gather in the open floorplan with large kitchen. Tons of counter space make preparing any meal a breeze. The open floorplan means theres plenty of space for spending time with family and friends while in the kitchen.

Enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the gorgeous pool and patio. 

     Amenities

     West-facing pool and spa pool is 12x20 with 6 ft round spa, with an expansive lanai. Golf course out back.

     This is truly the place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. 

     BEDROOM LAYOUT:

Master- King bed with lanai access and ensuite bathroom/TV

Second Bedroom- Queen bed with full bathroom ensuite

Third Bedroom- Queen bed with lanai access

Office- full pullout couch

     This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

     This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. Rotonda has multiple golf courses and a large park with tennis courts and a playground.

Beautiful beaches are so close!  Manasota Key - 8 miles and Boca Grande - 13 miles

Rotonda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles

Hiking at Myakka State Forrest - 10 miles

Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes.

This is a self-catering house stay!

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
