Thanks for your feedback. Great to know I am a great host with lots of suggestions and making bookings for you. Our location is only 5 mins from the city centre, I guess many of our guests prefer having the Redwood Forest next door then shops and motels in their neighbourhood. The Blue & Green & Okareka lakes are 5 mins away as well. And for the price you paid definately is good quality. Kind Regards Vivien

Hi Thanks for your feedback. I am puzzled that you did not see that there are 2 rubbish bins in the room, 1 green bin for your recycle in the bedroom and 1 bin in the bathroom for general waste. This is our standard bins in each room. As for the kettle we intentionally do not have them in the room for health and safety reason. Some of our past guests had made instant noodles/food and have them in the bedroom. We do not encourage hot food to be consumed in the bedroom as they leave food odour/smell especially curries. There is a common lounge and dining room adjacent to the bedrooms which we prefer guests to use for hygienic reason. All dining amenities like cutlery and plates and kettle are available in the dining room. Hope you have had a good stay despite the minor concerns. Thanks Kind Regards Vivien

Wish you had told me about the temperature in the breakfast room, I could have increased the heat. Sometime it is hard to know who like it hot and who like it slightly cool.
