”One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!”

”The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed.
