”Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location. Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner.”

”We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook ”

”Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”
