Although the neighbourhood is busy during the day, it becomes quieter in the evening, especially in the adjacent residential streets.

Walking down towards the old town, you can quickly reach iconic sites such as Rouen Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge and the Place du Vieux-Marché. Please note that the house has stairs to the first floor. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may have difficulty accessing the property.
Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 to 21:00). All guests are provided with linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
