Located in the heart of Rue Jeanne d'Arc, Rouen's main thoroughfare, this charming studio for two offers a unique view of Rouen Cathedral.

Situated on the top floor of a quiet residence with a lift, this 20 m² apartment with its neat and welcoming atmosphere is perfectly designed to accommodate two travellers in search of charm and tranquillity.

As soon as you enter, you will find a modern and functional bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Then you will be welcomed by a beautiful living room offering a splendid view of the cathedral.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for socialising around a table for two. It has all the necessary equipment: fridge, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to enjoy cooking.

In the living room, the fold-out sofa provides a cosy space to relax. It is the ideal place to unwind while enjoying the splendid view of Rouen Cathedral.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates charged by the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

## Neighbourhood

Rue Jeanne d'Arc is one of the main thoroughfares in Rouen, Normandy, connecting the Rive Droite railway station to the historic centre and the Seine over a distance of just over a kilometre. Combining Haussmann-style buildings, modern structures and ancient monuments, it is home to numerous shops, cafés and restaurants, forming a lively hub in the city centre. Notable landmarks include the Tour Jeanne d'Arc, a remnant of the castle where Joan of Arc was imprisoned, the neoclassical Town Hall and the flamboyant Gothic Saint-Patrice Church. The street runs through the lively shopping district of La Gare, the central shopping area, and the historic district near the cathedral and Place du Vieux-Marché. It ends at the Jeanne d'Arc bridge, which connects the two banks of Rouen, symbolising both the city's past and its modernity.

## Transit

Rue Jeanne d'Arc is located in the heart of Rouen and is served by all modes of transport nearby. The TEOR T1, T2, and T3 lines run close to Rue Jeanne d'Arc, allowing you to travel quickly around the city and its surroundings. Several bus routes, such as lines 8, 11, 20, etc., also serve Rue Jeanne d'Arc. Rouen has a metro line (line M) that passes through the Théâtre des Arts and Gare-Rue Verte stations. This line connects different areas of the city. The ‘Gare-Rue Verte’ station is close to Rue Jeanne d'Arc. It is possible to hire a bicycle for short journeys and to access other points of interest in Rouen. Taxi services are available around the station and throughout the city.

Check-in is via the ArchiDuchesse concierge service between 4pm and 8pm, and check-out must be completed by 11am at the latest.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! Enjoying a rental also means following a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
