Welcome to our cosy 32 m² mobil-home in Rouffignac-St-Cernin. Our place boasts:

• Master Bedroom: double bed
• 2 Bedrooms: 2 single beds in each
• Bathroom: shower + separate toilet
• Living Area: sofa, table, chairs, heating, TV
• Kitchenette: gas stove, small fridge/freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker
• Covered Terrace: approximately 15 m², furnished

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: for fresh products and delicious meals, go to Le Puits Fleuri Josiane, a small local restaurant attached to a farm. Try local specialties and tasty cocktails at our on-site restaurant & bar in the summer.
• Outdoor Activities: hiking trails are accessible from the entrance of the camping. Canoës APA Saint Léon Sur Vézère is a great place to go on a kayak experience. For a fun day out, go tree climbing at L'Appel de la Forêt Adventure Course.
• Places to See: explore the World Heritage Site and a must-see masterpiece of prehistory - Lascaux II, just 20 minutes away! Uncover the natural wonder of Europe's largest troglodyte site at La Roque Saint Christophe

Important Info & Regulations

• Bed linens and towels not included.
• Please note that under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people.
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted.
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people traveling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be canceled without compensation. Please contact us directly if you need a group booking.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damages + cleaning deposit: €290 (to be paid on site, card only)
• A small daily tourist tax and an eco-tax will be collected upon your arrival. The amount may be subject to change. Please check with the local municipality for the exact amount, depending on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Parking: 1 place next to the unit. Possibility to park a second vehicle in the parking at the entrance
• Pools: open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from July 4 to August 30). Outdoor pool: not heated.
• Restaurant + grocery with bread supply: open seven days a week during the summer school holidays (from July 4 to August 30).

Additional Options

• End-of-stay cleaning fee: €84 (optional, upon prior booking)
• Pet: €7.50/day (1 animal max only under 10 kg accepted)
• Early arrival: 25€ (from 11 am, subject to availability)
• Bedlinens and towels not included; Bed + bath linens kit: €25/double bed - €20/single bed (by reservation only and subject to availability)
• Baby cot (travel cot without mattress): €18/week (by reservation only and subject to availability)
• High chair: €18/week (by reservation only and subject to availability)
• Wifi access: €15 to €30/week depending on the number of devices
• BBQ area: charcoal not provided (subject to prefectural authorization)
• Laundry: 24/24 (prices on-site). Loan of iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner (on request at reception)
• Massages at the spa area are possible for an additional charge (by appointment)
