In Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, Dordogne, in the Périgord Noir, this 85 m² house sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be rearranged or joined, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The private kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 coffee makers (filter and espresso). There is a private TV, washing machine, step-free access and electric radiators in every room, plus a fan heater in the bathroom.



Relax in your private 350 m² outdoor area, including a garden with a table and chairs for 8, a sun awning, 2 sun loungers and a private barbecue. There is also a private open terrace with an electric awning and a private gravel courtyard with secure access.



Parking is available on site or on the street. Public e-bike rental is available in the village square, 100 metres away. Parties are not permitted. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The property is easiest to reach by car. Cleaning during your stay is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available on request for an extra fee. The house is in the village centre, beside the church, with all shops and services within walking distance. Nearby are caves, castles, natural sites and gastronomic experiences. From October to April inclusive, a heating surcharge may apply for electricity use above the included allowance of 4 kWh/day, based on meter readings at arrival and departure.
