The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. ”I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice.”

”The room was really dingy and terrible. Holes in walls, black mold around the shower, musty hallways, crack heads on the property, outdated and just really bad. Stayed in the room for 30 seconds before going back downstairs to cancel my stay. Front desk lady was absolutely great and understanding. I figured because it was a la Quinta that it would have standards and look good, but I was wrong and this is becoming a more prominent issue across this hotel chain.”
