”We stayed there for one night. When we checked in we immediately noticed the couch was dirty. There were crumbs/food all over it, one of the back cushions was off the couch, and there were crumbs in the floor. In the bathroom, the ceiling had a hole and rip where the bathroom above us was leaking. There was mold/mildew on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower floor was also dirty. When I reported to the front desk, I was told “yea, they were supposed to mark that room “out of order” sorry...

”Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was on time. Coffee was strong. Bed was comfortable. The TV was huge. Great water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Slept like a baby.”

”The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

”The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

”Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

”Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it.”

”Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!”

”Staff were nice, but the pool is out of order, ice machine broken, and the soda machine was broken. Breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, a muffin or a waffle, but they were out of waffle mix. The air was off when we arrived to our room and it was HOT and smelled like wet dog. It took a couple hours to cool down and then the smell went away. The beds were hard and mine made loud squeaks every time I moved. It was clean, but I will not stay there again.”
