The apartment is designed to accommodate three adults. A parking space in the underground building garage is available upon request and included in the price.

The living room features a large, comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, a TV corner with a 42" Philips HD TV and Netflix, and a dining table with four comfortable seats.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic electric cooktop, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an American-style coffee maker, and a Grundig dishwasher.
Wi-Fi internet service is available throughout the house with excellent speeds: 30 Mb/s download and 9 Mb/s upload.

The first bedroom has a 160x192 double bed with a memory foam mattress.
The second bedroom has a large single bed (130x190).

The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable for 3 adults.
Families with very young children must notify us at the time of booking to arrange for the addition of a crib.
Accommodating a family with two children must be arranged and confirmed upon check-in.
A maximum of two pets are allowed, but must be declared and authorized by the property.

Alessia Apartment 02 enjoys an exclusive location due to its proximity to the most beautiful and elegant tourist areas.
Thanks to its location on a side street not far from the sea, the accommodations are peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the most beautiful tourist and historical sites.
The location is near the brand-new Grand Park Hotel, the ACI Marina, Monte Mulini Beach, and Punta Corrente Park, all within a few minutes’ walk.
Beach and sun lovers, as well as families with children, can walk to the new public beach at the foot of the Lone and Monte Mulini hotels in just a few minutes.
Alternatively, you can quickly walk to the boarding point for ferries to the islands of S. Andrea and Santa Caterina, or take a pleasant stroll along the waterfront toward the historic center.
For cycling enthusiasts, the house can serve as a starting point for magnificent routes both near the sea and through the park’s pine forest.
Seafood restaurants, pizzerias, and local shops are all in the immediate vicinity, and using a car is unnecessary and not recommended during peak season.
