âAllthough the reception staff was friendly, this hotel is very outdated and deffinitely not worth the money they ask for. The room was really outdated and dampf, the bed was the smallest IÂŽve seen in a hotel. And I never got to know why the housekeeping knocked 3 times on our door between 10 and 10.45 a.m. and asked if we were leaving soon?? Who does that? And three different persons/3 separate times? It wasnÂŽt even check out time yet.â

âExternally, the place looks rough. The outside steps could be a tripping hazard. The room was clean but smelled like a stripper (the air freshener). Bed was good.
Close to VIR - fine for crew, not your GF. Dominos, grocery and McD walkable.â

âMost of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? â

âIt was amazing staying here and the next time Iâm in the area. I will definitely sit here and go back again. Amazing views wonderful pool and all everything was just amazing.â
