”The home was in very poor condition and not clean. Hair in all the beds (the bed sheets weren’t cleaned before we arrived), brown handprints on walls, blood spots on the floor. Poor communication with the rental owner and we couldn’t get access to the home upon arrival and no response from rental owner when I reached out for help. I had to call the VRBO help center for assistance and they were finally able to contact the rental owner. I had to immediately change all the sheets, wipe down mirrors...

”The house is very clean and comfortable, very pet friendly, fully equipped with everything you could want or need during your stay, and has an amazing host! We cooked for family and friends in the large and well equipped kitchen and were able to spend time together in the open living area/kitchen and large porch. The lake view is beautiful and peaceful. The ease of access right off a main road was nice too, as we did venture to explore other areas which were off the beaten path on lengthy gravel roads. The host was extremely welcoming and accessible if needed though we did not require anything. It was a great place to reset after the busy holiday...
