This apartment features a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and more.

The sleeping area includes a hallway leading to two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and access to the balcony. There is also a shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

Access to the shared tennis court and parking available in the residence’s communal parking area.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
