”We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room.”

”Rooms were super nice and clean. But....I always write this hoping they willsome day pay attention! The bathroom lighting is not great for women when trying to put on makeup, etc. And there is no AC vent in there either. Also, the showerheads are never strong enough. Takes longer and uses more water when they arent steong. ”

”The rooms look just a little old, but really everything is fine, quiet, clean, helpful front desk staff, excellent location. There is some train noise starting around I think 6:00 a.m.”
