”The first room had not been cleaned... The second room's heater did not work. We finally got into a decent room on the third try.
The pool was murky. I didn't even let my kids go in the hot tub because it smelled so weird. The sauna was luke warm.
The breakfast was good, and the staff were trying hard. Overall, it was functional but a little run-down and understaffed. ”

I was sad to discover that since my last visit several months ago, the hotel has started using very strong scented products for cleaning and/or air freshening. I’ve kept coming back because I love the rooms, the staff, the hot breakfast and free bottles of water. The lobby is perfect for me: a small business area, snack shop, seating, tastefully decorated.
