  • Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyhuone on suuri ja ylellinen ja on tilaa koko perheelle. Kolmen tason talossa on runsaasti mukavuuksia, perheet varmasti luoda ikimuistoisia kokemuksia tässä kodissa. Istu kylpytynnyrissä tai nauti ystävällisestä biljardipelistä. Awesome views!!

Cabin was perfect, enough space for 9 adults. View were amazing! The entrance to get to the cabin is a bit steep but it is so worth it!

Great house

The house was perfect for my family 10 in toral and we all were very comfortable. The views were amazing!! I highly recommend this house. The driveway was pretty steep but otherwise it was perfect.

Went for reunion. Beautiful view. Lots of room. Nice deck. Did not not know of steep driveway and getting up from a certain direction. Upstairs toilet need more cleaning and downstairs lock a bit wobbly.

3 Level 5 bedroom with great views.

We enjoyed our 4 nights there. Great location and floorplan for us. There is some deferred maintenance that could be addressed.. new blinds (most were inoperable or a challenge to use), dirty and cracked windows, lights not working, and a general deep cleaning.

Nice Weekend getaway

Nice place to stay with a great view. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. Loved the hot tub.The patio furniture could use updating, the grill side burner is broken and there was nothing to clean the grill with. Inside my only complaint was the cleanliness of the comforters (dog hair and dried vomit) in the upstairs rooms and the Wifi connection never worked.

Unbelievable View

We had a family of 11 with ages ranging 12-72--and we found this rental to work well for us. The view--we all agreed--was spectacular. It was where you'd find each of us watching the sunrise in the mornings, and star gazing in the evenings. The driveway was steep, but our more adventurous drivers took it with ease (at least after the initial drive up). The pool table was used frequently--and enjoyed.

Thanksgiving stay

Although the property is beautiful, it is not well kept up. The cabinet doors and doors themselves were coming off the hinges. We found ourselves having to clean the dishes because they were not properly cleaned. The house itself has a lot of details that can easily be fixed with maintenance and upkeep. Several of the items in the home just seem to be falling apart .The view is amazing though.

Overall, cabin is decent. It has a really nice view, we loved the balcony, however, the hill to go up is pretty scary! What we didn’t like was that for the amount we paid to stay, we only had one toilet paper per bathroom for the entire 3 days and even one of the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper. None of the bathrooms had shampoo either. It was a total of 12 persons who stayed during the weekend so obviously that was not enough so we had to take our own, not a big deal, but I feel if we’re going to pay that much, then we shouldn’t worry about toiletries.

Family Christmas Trip

The house has the most incredible view with a sweet balcony to enjoy , but the driveway was not fun for parking or to go up and down. The house layout was perfect for us, but I would not say this house sleeps 12 as there’s no sofa bed or full bed. There were 4 Kings and 1 Queen that were found in the bedrooms. The futon would possibly sleep a small child. Living room couches were broken and the recliners would not properly recline. Kitchen did not provide enough utensils. We had 7 forks and 6 spoons so had to eat in shifts or quickly wash them for the next person to eat. The house as a whole needs to be restocked with newer necessities and a deep clean for the carpet and bedding if not replaced. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony, view and layout of the house for our big family, but house just needs to be appropriately cleaned, stocked and setup for guests.

Time for owners to refresh property

Overall the property was nice and clean. However, many things were broken including hot tub, pool table leaned, cue sticks had no tips, couch, and table on the back porch was held up by a stick. The game room walls looked dirty and needs a fresh coat of paint. Having a group of teens with us we were all disappointed the heater on the hot tub was broken and the pool table wasn’t usable. This was one of the main reasons we booked this property. Also in the pictures it showed a large futon in the basement. We had hoped to put one of the teens on it. It was not there when we arrived, so we had to get a blow up mattress. If the property is not as advertised the owner should post new pictures or let the renters know before arrival. FYI if you have this property booked this next month they had to order a part for the hot tub, so it won’t be useable for a while.

This is the second year we booked with them and they were so attentive and responsive. Julia answered all our questions and helped us any way she could. Even over a holiday weekend, we were able to reach her when needed. They provide excellent customer service and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a get away in Ruidoso. We will be booking with them again next year. Hands down, just a great company to work with!

Beautiful location

This is a great place to get away. Our only difficulty during our stay was snowfall which made the driveway impossible because of the steep slope it has. It was quiet and comfortable other than that.

It’s all about the view

House seemed to be in good working condition, there were a few minor details that could have been better, but overall very satisfied and would definitely rent again, the morning coffee view is what it’s all all about.

Great Place

This property was so nice and the VIEWS!!! Amazing. Be prepared for the incline into the property. If you are driving a truck and your friends and family drive trucks, be strategic with your parking. We all backed in to keep from having to turn around up in the parking area. Cars will have no problem. We will defiantly be staying here again. LOVED IT!!!

This time around our stay was great, but we encountered several broken appliances coffee maker doesn't work, sofa broken, buttons for stove broken as well. Also, carpet looks very dirty with many stains especially in the master room and game room. Cabin overall needs major upgrades.
