The villa and luxury apartment overlook Runaway Bay golf course only 10 min walk to a beautiful private beach with bar and beach chairs. Delivery of groceries arranged prior to check in, guests pay the shop directly. Transport available on request.

Blankets, linen, towels, beach towels provided. Cot and high chair available to place anywhere on request.

Built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool (between 4’ & 5’ deep) that shines like a jewel in the Crown when lit up at night, the villa is perfect for private daytime and nocturnal swimming.

The property offers four en-suite bedrooms, three bedrooms in the villa open out through sliding doors onto the veranda around pool. The 5th bedroom is a self contained apartment with patio and kitchenette. The living room in the villa opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating overlooking the pool.

GROCERIES
Guests pay for their own food supplies directly with the local supermarket. However, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged at no extra cost from us prior to guests arrival, guests are required to settle their bill with the shop directly as soon as they have had a chance to settle in. This can be done in person or online.

STAFF

Housekeeping is included on weekdays Housekeeping is not available at weekends or on Jamaica public holidays unless by prior arrangement.

Chef

Daily rate payable to the chef directly = JMD 7000

Waitress
Waitress service/ butler is also available on request for an additional fee. Please enquire for more details or if you have any special requests thank you.

Security
Our security, groundsman and pool maintenance man lives adjacent to the property and is available as and when required in with the price.

BEACH
Guests will be given a beach pass on arrival to access our private resident's beach which is a 10 minutes walk the other side of the golf course. The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees with stone table and chairs offering shade from the sun. The beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs. The chairs are available for an extra fee USD3 per chair per day to be paid directly to the beach staff who maintain the beach to a high standard.

INTERNET
There is high speed Starlink Satellite internet available throughout except Room 4 that is on a lower gradient.

The villa has a rich history since Bob Marley and his crew came to Villa Sevilla (VS) to discuss politics and music when the property was first designed and built by a well known Italian builder.
