Welcome to Hazel`s Cozy Cabin!

On the main floor, you’ll be welcomed into the cozy family room and adjacent dining nook. The kitchen is a true highlight, featuring a luxury ILVE range and a seamlessly integrated panel-ready refrigerator. These state-of-the-art appliances combine elegance with performance, creating a space that perfectly blends form and function.

You`ll find the primary bedroom just beyond the kitchen with a separate attached room that makes for a quiet office or close by child`s room (the pack `n play fits perfect and barn doors can close it off from the primary bedroom). The primary bathroom will spoil you, so plan for an extra long shower as you fully unwind.

Upstairs you`ll discover a loft with two sets of queen over queen bunk beds... which means adults and kids alike have plenty of space to spread out! Kids will make it their hang out spot with all the toys and games we stock. Another large bathroom behind the loft will also feel luxurious and spacious enough for everyone.

The back deck has a dining table for eating under the trees, and just beyond that is a park where kids or dogs can run around!

It`s our joy and mission to ensure you have the very best experience. We have a wonderful team of 3 ladies on the mountain and communicating with you over Airbnb. We are ready to help or answer any questions you may have!

Whether your a skier, hiker, or mountain biker, this is where you want to stay. Hazel`s Cozy Cabin is just a few minutes from Snow Valley Resort (offering great mountain biking or scenic chair lift rides when ski-season ends), and hikes like `Heaps Peak` are not far the opposite direction down the road. Sky Park at Santa`s Village, which holds endless adventures and magical moments for kids or adults alike, is less than 15 minutes away. And you`ll be at the Lake Arrowhead Village in 20. The best coffee shop and bakery on the mountain called LuluBelle`s is 5 minutes from your door so you can have warm pastries and amazing coffee every morning. Walk to Victoria’s Family Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Visit Black Dog Social Club along Green Valley Lake for live music, a beer and fun merchandise (only a 7 min drive away).

Kids will love the playground located just on the other side of the property, and the Arrowbear lake is a short walk away. They`ll have endless options for open areas for snow play in the winter, and boulders to scale in the summer.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
No shoes inside the house. No unauthorized guests outside of the reservation allowed.

Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.

Prior approval and fee required for all editorial/commercial/professional film or photography. Unsponsored photography/film for personal social media is welcome!! (please tag @lightfootcabin and @hazelscozycabin to give credit to the property).

Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the cabin overnight. Daytime visitors require prior approval and their cars must still fit in the driveway. Please make/update your reservation to reflect the accurate number of guests.

No street parking allowed! We can fit 2 cars in the driveway. Please make sure they are completely off the street. Street parking will result in fines from Code Enforcement upwards of $1000.

Strict quiet hours, per the county noise ordinance, are between 10pm and 8am. During these hours, please be mindful of loud talking on the deck as noise travels far. Large fines incurred (starting at $1000) for complaints called in to Code Enforcement.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or anywhere on premises.

PET RULES (please read thoroughly if you add your dog to the reservation):
1) We have a 1-dog limit and do charge a pet fee, which is applied when you register your pet in the guest count. If your pet requires extensive cleaning beyond what is considered usual, we will pass that additional cost on to you after your stay.
2) please do NOT allow them to be on furniture or beds (we can tell when they have been, and removing hair is very difficult).
3) please be very conscious of their barking outside, since noise travels far and complaints have been made!
4) please only let them do their business out in nature (not on our decks or parking area!) and pick up ALL poop. If housekeeping has to pick up poop, we`ll pass a cost on to you.
5) never leave them unattended inside or outside, per county permit requirements, and always keep them on a leash when outside (beware, there`s bears, coyotes, and racoons out at night). Dogs may not roam freely onto neighboring properties.
6) lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, if your dog makes his mark on a rug, bedding, or furniture, you will be expected to pay the full replacement cost. We cannot have future dogs detect the scent of yours and perpetuate the issue!
