”Kelluva proomuhotelli. Kaunis sisustus ja siivous pelasi. Henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia respassa ja ravintolassa. Omeletin paistajakokit aamiaisella eivät englantia puhuneet, mutta homma toimi ilmankin. Palvelu ravintolassa nopeaa ja aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas. Keskustaan oli matkaa, mutta taksit kulki ja metro oli vieressä. Ei moittimista.”
”This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice.
The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating.

”I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”
”Very nice place with excellent location. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Only negative comment is that beds were not very comfortable. Pillows and blankets are not good quality. Double bed consists of two separate beds with thin layer on top. ”
