”We have stayed here numerous times, and it is always a pleasant experience. The new easy self-check in and check-out was easy. Did not see anyone on the premises nor was the room cleaned. All was good - I just thought it was odd not seeing anyone working in the building. Our stay was nice and will continue to stay here yearly. :-)”

”This was a great choice for me- clean, safe, spacious and quiet. Very comfortable and I found a beautiful spot with a bench near the river to relax. I would highly recommend Green Gables for a stay in Lanesboro.”

”When I got into the room, the TV was broken. I talked to the manager and he replaced it with a brand new TV within about 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the room was clean.”

”The room was clean when we checked in, but housekeeping didn't come during our two-night visit. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen in the bar was advertised open until 11:00pm, but it was closed when we went there before 10:00pm. The breakfast was good.”

We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”
