”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that! Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm). Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”

”Centrally located in the heart of Japantown you can get almost anywhere in San Francisco with a short bus ride. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, super friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again for our future visits. ”

”The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast staff and the concierge agent outside provided wonderful customer service. The breakfast offered excellent varieties and tasted delicious. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We plan to stay there again on our next visit to the city.”

”The absolute best motel- Brenden, the office dude, was the nicest and most accommodating. The room was adorable and it felt like a little community. Clean, quiet and around some great dining! Highly recommend. We will be back!”

”The room was spacious and clean! Bedding was very nice and comfortable. The location was central and close to the Opera House which was the reason for our visit. We did have a hard time finding a restaurant close by after the performance and ended up eating next door to the hotel at Mel's. Not exactly a meal to remember but it honestly wasn't bad. Parking garage was very convenient and dare I say affordable at $49 with in/out priledges. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard location again! ”

”Housekeeping staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful, rooms absolutely spotless, huge shower room in Rm 202 2nd floor, right next to elevator. Fab room as we had loads of cases & bags. Prime location, we actually walked to Ghiardelli square and Fisherman's Wharf from there, used Waymos quite a lot they were super fun 😁 The only con I have is for some unkown reason in San Francisco, folks like to roar about on motorbikes from about 7pm-12am ish and from our room, quite loud,...
