”Highland Dell is a lovely old lodge overlooking the beautiful Russian River. The host were friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. Our schnitzel was excellent and the house-made apple strudel is unsurpassed! I keep thinking about it. The breakfast included with the room is the best, by far, I have had at a hotel. Try the pastries. The rooms are VERY small, but nice, like in the old days when people didn't have as much stuff. Get over it....

”Very sweet small hotel — really lovely staff. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable—nice amenities. 2 minute walk to the park in the middle of town and all the surrounding shops, restaurants and wine tasting joints. I will stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel.”
