”I guess Wyndham is buying up all the old crack motels, throwing a coat of paint on them and slapping their name on them. The reviews are deceiving, most of the recent ones say “ good”. I can deal with good. I should’ve known as soon as I got out of my car and smelled the thick odor of Fabuloso, clearly being used to cover other odors up. ”Its so cozy”

”An amazing stay in the beautifully quiet Blue Ridge mountains. Picturesque Lake Lure is only a short stroll away. Chef Richard prepares a wonderful gourmet breakfast each morning and this definitely not your basic B&B but all at very reasonable prices. Thank you all. I cant’t wait to return.”

”The rooms are only separated by a locked door. The person in the room next to us was blasting music all evening. We complained to the front desk, they said they would call the room and have them turn the music down, that never happened. The music blared all night resulting in no sleep for my husband and I, with a 10 hour drive ahead of us. Okay place just to lay your head, but not if you want to get a restful sleep”

”Management and other staff are in need of customer service training and attitude adjustment. They don’t appear to like their work environment much. Check in was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would not stay there again.”
