”Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. ”Nice place, great outdoor patio with fire pits and indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxing. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff members were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was decent.”

”The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful...

”Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room...

”The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!”
