”L'étape à Highfield Coach House lors de notre voyage à vélo s'est parfaitement déroulée. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Des articles de toilette étaient à disposition. L'accueil était excellent et nous avons pu garer nos vélos en sécurité. Également un grand merci pour l'aide à la réparation de notre vélo ! ”

”The hotel was lovely and very central in Lymington. The bedroom was decorated really nicely & pleased there was air conditioning in the room. The only comment, the bathroom was a bit small. The toilet was very close to the door.”

”What a great hotel. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and really helpful sorting parking and making up a pullout bed. The major benefit of this hotel is the great communal area that has a pool table air hockey table tennis, and a kitchen and bar area where you can bring your own food and drinks Which was great for our 2 teenagers. The rooms were lovely, really clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again”

”Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room. Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. ”

”The comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!”

” Got a text from the property management to get in to the room. Access to the property was through an unlocked front door and a room door with a combination lock which was loose and did not work. Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works. Almost immediately they sent a text demanding another payment of £45 for cleaning services which would be on top of £74 paid up front to Hotels.com. The room had a queen size bed with damp smelly linen and appeared...

"Sisäilma huono. Kahdesta huoneestamme toisessa erittäin huono sisäilma ja katossa jotain mustaa. Myös toisessa huoneessa (ja koko talossa) huono sisäilma. Spa puolelle meno ulkokautta. Muutoin hienon näköinen rakennus niin ulkoa, kuin sisältä."

"Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
