âI was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.â

âThe hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. â

âThe beds were small and the mattresses were hollowed out. We all sunk to the middle of the bed. The rooms are very tiny which is hard when you are traveling as a family.
We were not notified before our stay that the pool was closed, which was the only reason we wanted to stay there.
We wonât be staying again.â

âJacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
