”My parents stayed in a handicapped accessible room #104. It was very tight, no chairs to sit on & the bathroom room was in the way, always swans open so my blind mother would run into it.”

”The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...

”Curve Ball when I was told my king reservation wasn't available when I arrived; was then given #407 which HAD a king bed. More hotels are moving to shower bottle dispensers vs. small bottles. Body wash wasn't enough for 2 showers”

”Best place in the area to stay. The daily complementary breakfast was amazing, pool was clean, close to the city, and the room was spacious. The room itself was full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.”

We had an issue with another hotel in Bismarck and we showed up late to this one and the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating and was able to give me a good rate as well. The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. It was great to see a manager on site the whole time we were there as I have been in many hotels and they can never get in contact with their manager. You can tell the manager of this hotel cares about the property and takes real "ownership" of it. I...

”The waterslides are out of order and we knew that when we booked, but what we didn’t know was that if a lifeguard doesn’t show up for their shift they close the pool down. The toilet flush handle was broken in the room, the pull out sofa clearly had metal brackets broken and hanging off of it. Would not recommend or stay again.”

”We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully...
