”We were greeted at the door by the owner Phil. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the main shopping/dining area. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the remote control fireplace. Breakfast was brought to our room in a lovely festive box and included fruit, juice, fresh baked croissant, yogurt, and mini egg/bacon quiches. ”

”Beds super comfy , nice hot shower with thick fluffy towels . Wish we had taken advantage of the hot breakfast . Walked from Shaw shuttle to gorgeous downtown and both theatres …great location . ”We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake yearly for decades and this is our first stay at Shaw Club Hotel.
Our room was spotless. The linens for the beds and bathroom were very good quality. With the exception of a few noisy neighbours, the hotel is very quiet.
Our only criticisms are the poor lighting and lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. As well as the extremely difficult tap to operate in the shower.
Of note, the receptionist did not inquire about...
