”Lovely hotel and the rooms are large and very functional. My only issue was that the hotel was loud due to the highway being near. I was unable to sleep until after 1130 due to trucks on the roadway.”

”The television had internet connection there for programs available! So no TV. The tub has a crack in it. The pool wasn’t clean. Had so much dirt in bottom and floating, and the tiles were falling off. The hot tub was broken. These are things I look forward to utilizing when I plan a trip out of town for a get away. Only thing about this best western is I could wait to get away.”

”The room was clean and this appears to be a newer property. The front desk greeting was very impersonal and that’s a bit disappointing but seems to be the growing trend in service. Room above us was occupied by children who ram back and forth and rolled a desk chair around late into night. Call to desk to ask for assistance was no help. Parents seem to just not care these days. The room itself was fine, bed comfortable. Good location. ”

”Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.”

”There’s nothing I didn’t like it was a simple stay for me and my husband going down to Florida and coming back home to Ohio. It was perfect. The staff was wonderful.”

”Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well.”

”My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. We were in a hurry so I didn’t bother calling the lobby, but towels are essential. Breakfast is a joke for a hotel of this big, their breakfast of open from 6:30am to 9:30am. We got there at 8:20am, no coffee, (rooms have a kitchenette but no coffeemaker) 4 bags of...

”Blood stains on my mattress which is why we spent approximately 10 minutes in the room and left to find a different place to stay. Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !! My wife was apologizing for choosing this place to which I replied was not her fault !”
