”The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead...

”The shower could use being redone and the plug on the lamp next to the bed did not work. so I had to run an extension cord from the other side of the room for charging things. also no battery cover on the back of the remote so the batteries kept trying to fall out. it was a little rough BUT the bed was very clean and might have been more comfortable than my own bed at home. So if your main focus is a place to sleep after a long drive or work this place is awesome.”

”The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either. ”
