”The exterior definitely needs a coat of paint, which had me a bit apprehensive, but the inside of the room was very clean and comfortable. The room turned out to be a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and two beds. The room and bed were comfortable with an A/C heater combo that could be adjusted (a bit loud but effective). We had a good night’s sleep! The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. When I asked for help with the TV, the manager...

”The hotel has a great location within walking distance to downtown Menlo Park. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a lot of street noise-- ask for a room away from the street. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the swimming pool during my stay. OK breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay. ”

”The only nice thing I can say is the room was clean. Light in bathroom kept coming on. Bathtub, but could only take a shower. Bathroom sink was in the bedroom area. No closet for clothing just hooks. ”

”Very cool and stylish property. I loved the theme throughout the hotel. Furnishings felt like they were in good condition. The bed was very comfortable for a 5 month pregnant guest! The $25 credit for food/drink was very nice and I made use of it. I think the breakfast was better than the lunch/dinner offerings. The coffee in the room could be better. I didn't use it since it was just instant coffee. Great location, friendly staff. Would come again. ”

”Holiday Inn isn't my go to spot when it Redwood city; however, I'm not going to lie... I was surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were nice, I love that they use dove products for all your grooming needs. I didn't like the positioning of the shower head, i tried to adjust it, but it just didn't work for me. It could have just been user error. lol Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay again! I skipped on the breakfast only because I knew I was eating elsewhere. ”
