”The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place...

”Very clean, Ate Liza is very helpful and accommodating. The owner is friendly and helpful as well. No elevator just stairs so if you have heavy luggages be ready to carry it all the way up. All in all, it’s what we needed for our stay in Las Pinas. Very close to Perpetual hospital, SM center/Hypermart even South Mall. We’ll stay here again in the future if we will be in the area. ”

The bed was very hard, and I was surprised to be told there would be a ₱150 charge just for an extra towel. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service.”

”I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.”
