”Was not aware facility was having parking lot repaved until arrival, making parking a bit of a challenge. Illumination in the room could have been better designed. No night light in toilet tub area, forcing one to turn on an extremely bright ceiling light when using the facility during the night. In addition, the placement of the coffeemaker was in a spot where virtually no light fell, making it harder to operate. There appeared to be no temperature control on the mini refrigerator.”

”I booked the room 3.5 months ago for the Gus Macker tournament weekend. My family and I tried to check in - and they ran out of rooms due to overbooking. So despite having a confirmed reservation with confirmation number, we had no room to check into and we learned that at 9:00p at night. The only remedy offered was to waive the cancellation fee (which was just so crazy to us given we did not cause the situation).”
