Charming holiday home "Encinar" with mountain views

The welcoming holiday home "Encinar" is located in northern Mallorca, in a rural area on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The 120 m² house is wheelchair accessible and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite and cable TV, a cot, and a high chair. Outside, you will find a lush garden with trees, a covered and open terrace, and a dining area for enjoying evenings with delicious barbecue meals, as well as sun loungers and a covered patio with seating. Take a morning swim in the pool while admiring the wonderful mountain landscape around you. Supermarkets, cafés, bars, and restaurants can be found in Sa Pobla, just 6 minutes by car or 4 km from the house. The nearest beach, Platja de d'Alcúdia, is between the coastal towns of Can Picafort and Alcúdia and can be reached in 14 minutes by car (14 km). The vibrant capital of Mallorca, Palma, and the airport are 40 minutes by car (49 km) from the property.
