  • Immerse yourself in the typical Mallorcan style at Cal Tio. This house is located in a quiet village in the interior of the island and a few kilometers from the beach. A golf course is available 6 km from this location. Additionally, just a few meters away you can enjoy restaurants, supermarkets, and shops that the island offers.



    During your vacation, you can enjoy this wonderful house with spacious areas. Refresh yourself in the 7m x 4m saltwater pool while preparing an outdoor barbecue or resting on one of its four loungers arranged around the pool. Its rustic exterior with a private pool and large barbecue offers you more relaxed plans after a long day at the beach. The large covered area next to the pool will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in case of rain.



    Inside, a living room with typical tools decoration from Mallorcan field work and equipped with a large fireplace, for the cooler days.



    In the kitchen, you can find all the necessary appliances during your stay.



    With capacity for 12 people, distributed in 6 bedrooms with everything needed for a comfortable and restful rest. The house has wifi and air conditioning, as well as 4 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub en suite. The upper floor, bright, through the terrace it opens up to, has a rest area where you can watch television and disconnect.

Great place for a large group

Lots of space, two kitchens, cosy feel, cool decorations, pizza oven, pool, hot tub... just loads to be happy about! Had some problems with the breaker (easy to reset once we were shown how), and the kitchens could do with a few more pots, pans, chopping boards etc.

Everything was excellent!

We loved the place. The pool, the beds, the space, the decoration, the table you could set up so that everyone could eat outdoors together, extra chairs, sunbeds, the big grill, the two big refrigerators, the out door refrigeration. We really had a wonderful time! Thanks!!!

Everything was excellent!

Idéal pour grande famille

2 maisons bien indépendantes l’une de l’autre et bien réparties. Propriétaire très sympa ! Cette maison est très agréable, très au calme, idéale pour passer des vacances paisibles. La maison est située à quelques pas du centre ville, très bien pour faire les courses. Parfait!

Wunderschönes Stadthaus mit mallorquinischem Charme!

Sehr schön eingerichtet.Mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Alles sauber und ordentlich.Einkaufen direkt um die Ecke und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Haus, fern ab von dem Rest des überlaufenden Mallorca, Parken könnte außerhalb der Ferien problematisch werden - sonst alle super Geschirr ist etwas verstreut in verschieden Schränken gelagert - mein Tipp: alles in einem Schrank zusammenfassen

Nous étions 10 personnes de 3 familles, nous avons trouvé la location super avec tous les nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. La maison est grande, pratique, agréable, chaque famille avait son espace et son intimité, une belle piscine au milieu de la cours est bienvenue et agréable pour passer de bons moments de convivialité. La ville de Sa pobla est vraiment bien située car à proximité des grands axes, le quartier est ultra calme. L’agence est très réactive. On est très content de ce choix.

Lovely villa for both groups and families

Lovely villa for both groups and families. We stayed for just about a week and really enjoyed our time here. The villa - which is split into two different sections was very clean and organised upon our arrival. The hosts were accommodating and could be easily contacted when necessary. They were also flexible with arrival and departure - they kindly let us leave our bags on the last day until we headed off to the airport. The location of the villa is perfect for people who want to stay away from touristy areas while also being walking distance from a supermarket, the lovely town square as well as a bus stop and train station.

Vi har kun godt, at sige om boligen .

Vi var 10 afsted, der var masser af plads, blev positiv overrasket, vi havde lejet biler, så vi kunne komme, rundt på øen , da byen ikke , har meget at byde på, byen har et stort lækkert supermarked , dog manglede der , varmt vand på det lille badeværelse, der var varmt vand, på de 3 andre badeværelser

Het huis is groot en ruim genoeg voor een grote groep

Wij hebben de accomodatie gebruikt als uitvalbasis voor een trainingskamp (wielrennen). Bij aankomst stonden er een aantal kleinigheden klaar. Zeer fijn! je voelt je direct welkom. Het huis is wat verouderd, maar dat heeft geen invloed op het verblijf. Sa Pobla is een klein dorp, er is niet veel te doen. De supermarkt(en) zijn in de buurt op loopafstand. voor een groep zouden we het huis absoluut aanraden!
