”great hotel and service in general. two issues with our stay, which are not part of luxury experience: bathroom floor covered with water after shower because drain did not work and we had to block water with towels (very anoying when useing toilet). complimentary newspaper never arrived during our 3 night stay (didn't really matter, but why offer it in the first place).”

”Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic.
