The holiday apartment is located in the municipality of Saalfelden, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maria Alm, nestled between the impressive mountain landscape of the Steinernes Meer, the Pinzgauer Grasberge and the Hochkönig massif in Salzburgerland.
In winter, the free ski bus takes you in just a few minutes to the large Hochkönig ski area, which spans the villages of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach am Hochkönig. This ski area offers around 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 3 fun parks and 30 km of cross-country trails. Other well-known ski areas, such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with no less than 270 km of slopes, the Schmittenhöhe with 77 km of slopes, the Kitzsteinhorn/Maiskogel glacier ski area with 60 km of slopes and the Almenwelt in Lofer with 46 km of slopes can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes. Right on your doorstep is the small family ski area of Hinterreit with around 4 km of perfectly prepared pistes!
The holiday region is also a well-known sports paradise in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many leisure and sports opportunities, around 340 kilometres of certified hiking trails and countless kilometres of e-bike and mountain bike routes. In summer, the public swimming pools in Maria Alm, Leogang and Saalfelden, the Ritzensee in Saalfelden and the Zeller See in Zell am See offer the necessary cooling and lots of swimming fun!
From the apartment, you are in the centre of Saalfelden within approx. 10 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants, a good range of shops, an indoor pool, a public outdoor pool and the tourist office. The city of Salzburg can be reached by car in approx. 1.5 hours
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
