Superb stay!
We had the lovelies time staying in this lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was beautifully decorated with all the details and felt really cozy like staying at home away from home not to mention the stunning view opening from the balcony. Also evening vibe in the lounge/living room area was perfect for after ski with good drinks and tasty sushi! The à la carte restaurant was also really good. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again at HUUS!

Cozy and quiet hotel in Saanen
Very cozy and quiet hotel in this adorable region of Switzerland. Good value for money with a great service, good bar and restaurant. Very nice indoor pool. Public buses in front of the hotel to the center and train stations of Saanen and Gstaad.

I have a very mixed opinion about the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, stylish especially the lounge . The evening atmosphere in the lounge is wauuu!The location is fantastic. The views are magnificent! But I am very confused about the service. Taking into account there SO MUCH staff around, there is always something missing. I spoke to some guests, most of them had the same opinion. The most negative moments were: - mess in spa, no responsible person, water everywhere , no clean towels etc…. - it was my birthday weekend. My friend decorated the room for me with balloons. We left to the mountains and when we came back. To our surprise we noticed all decorations were removed by the housekeeper. I sent the complaint , but no one even bothered to reply or apologize. As well my colleagues sent me the flowers to the room , paid by card to the hotel directly.The red roses were so old and not fresh. The flowers cost 275 CHF . I know the price as the hotel included this to my check out bill, which as well not clear for me why to do so. Probably the last thing . The room I booked ( north facing ) had a different view in Expedia. I believe the hotel must be more specific about the pictures they put. Unfortunately I don’t see the option here to add pictures.

Das Hotel hat alle unseren erwartungen erfüllt, die Lobby ist ansolut untethaltsam mit vielen stylischen Sofas zum chillen, essen und Drinks zu sich zu nehmen. Etwas laut aber genau das macht es aus "es lebt" Das Essen war toll und die Drinks ebenso. Einzig negative: Für Schweizer die kein Englisch sprechen ist es ein wenig "mühsam" weil die meisten Mitarbeiter nur englisch sprechen.

Bonne expérience malgré quelques inconvenus
Il manque la baignoire dans la chambre. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée au 2e jour nous avons du appeler pour que le ménage soit fait ! Ceci n'est pas acceptable pour un 4* La chambre était magnifique Nous avons trouvé que les serveurs restaurant et bar manquent de classe (dressing code jean est un peu moyen mais le noeud papillon et bretelles sont bien) Au restaurant la serveuse a pesé la truffe sur la table mais n'a jamais expliqué que ça sera facturé à part et grosse surprise : 54 CHF pour quelques grammes ! ce n'est pas professionnel Le spa et piscine sont superbes manque simplement un jacuzzi pour compléter l'offre La musique au bar est un peu trop forte pour pouvoir communiquer avec les gens Sinon bonne expérience dans l'hôtel

Ambiente perfetto,in pieno stile montanaro. Estremamente pulito e tutto perfetto. Personale sempre gentilissimo e professionale. Il ristorante ( pranzo cena e colazione) offre molto per gli intolleranti al lattosio,davvero ammirevole.

It is a little bit far from the city center, 35 min walking e taxis are extremely expensive. You can use public bus transportation, but late night you have to take a taxi. Minimum chf 30 any place… The hotel atmosphere is amazing. Room very nice and delicious breakfast .

I stayed with my family over Christmas 2031, could mot have chosen a better place. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was charming .and location was perfect. Highly recommend it, doecially if you travel with young children.

Way too crowded considering the covid era. Breakfast was absolute mayhem, crazy full of people. We loved our room (connecting rooms), and the sushi. The staff are all brilliant and very kind and friendly. Food at Vue is really not great I’m afraid. The ribs tasted of nothing and took 1h to atrive. Carbonara was pretty bad, too. Desserts are excellent.

L’hôtel est magnifique rien à redire Mais en cette période de Covid-19 c’était un peu étrange l’organisation et la mise en place des normes en vigueur ... le personnel était assez souvent submergé par le nombre de clients, nous avons fréquemment pas pu nous asseoir dans le lobby pour profiter d’un apéritif. J’étais avec mes enfants un groupe 7 personnes.

Super schöne Lobby und Terrasse
Schöne, stylische Lobby und Terrasse. Personal sehr nett, gibt sich Mühe. Gemütliche Zimmer mit Style. Wellnessbereich leider sehr klein. Morgenessen ziemlich bescheiden. Ungewöhnlich, dass man im 4. Stock sich zuerst einen Weg durch den Kids Club (mit Tor gesichert) bahnen muss um zu den Zimmer zu gelangen.

Wonderful stay overall as hotel beautiful and service excellent! Sadly single bed's not comfortable & my friend and I woke up with a back ache. The pool & Spa were unattended: no one picking up towels or cleaning regularly; the water of the pool was murky and dirty as the 2nd day, as so many kids jumping &screaming - it would have been nice to have a cord limiting the left side of the pool to adults wanting to swim laps. Loved having games in the sitting room and fabulous music. Food choice excellent and Igloos a brilliant idea. Thank you

Uncomfortably hard bed that gave me a terrible backache. No bluetooth speaker available in the room. For a trendy hotel like the Huus, I would have expected the possibility to listen to music in the room.

Great stay!
Great for families and couples, tasty food and breakfast, very stylish interiors and friendly staff. A lot of activities (swimming pool, PlayStation, outdoor activities & children’s club included). Small things to improve - room not ready on time, misunderstanding of dinner reservation and incorrect bill at checkout, but it was compensated by free drinks and friendly staff. Highly recommended and will go back.

Not worth 338 a night: needs better management
Overall did not find this to be great value for the 338 for one night. The main issues were a hard mattress, food we ordered from our room was cold by the time they told us it was ready and had been left out exposed on the side of the reception desk without any covering, right where people walk past to the elevator. And despite out booking showing checkout 13:00, we had a knock on our door at 11:00 from the cleaners. I called reception, asked them to tell cleaning staff not to knock again, and still they did at 11:30. At this point I had to call reception staff again and then they said 11:00 is checkout. Had to go to my booking on hotels.com to double check that it said 13:00 checkout, which it indeed did. They didn't offer any compensation for any of this. Then upon checkout the receptionist accidentally tried to charge me a second time for the room, even though I had paid online in advance. So for 338 a night, just so many mistakes and disappointments on basic things.

Ein tolles Hotel, wunderbare Hotellounge, exzellente Cocktails, einfach nur TOP. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel & kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.
