The apartment has a comfortable kitchen-cum-living-room with a foldaway bed for 2 persons, a corner unit with a sofabed, internet-TV, hair dryer, and a shower/WC. The non-smoking house also offers a parking space near the property.

The rental price includes bed/bath/kitchen linens, Wifi, and cleaning services. Additionally, with the SaastalCard, you can enjoy year-round FREE bus connections in the Saas Valley. During the summer, the SaastalCard grants you FREE and unlimited use of the cableways (excluding the Metro Alpin), as well as discounts at the indoor swimming pool in Saas-Fee, cross-country skiing, museums, and several other partner offers.

This cozy apartment is part of the two-family-dwelling "Cresta di Saas," located in the "Tamatten" area of Saas-Grund, a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view. It offers a seating area in the garden and is within walking distance of various amenities, including the cableway station to Hohsaas (3100 meters above sea level, skiing and hiking area), an artificial ice rink, a 26 km long cross-country track, curling facilities, tennis courts, mountain bike trails, a bus stop, and stores.
