Saastal Hotellit

”Excellent”

”Hej underbart och ägaren var väldigt hjälpsam och gjorde min korta vistelse helt fantastisk.”

”El Spa, las vistas, el restaurante, la habitación y ubicación del hotel. El personal excelente”

”We had a great stay”

”The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

”All was good!”

”The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

”Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back… I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family. Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great. On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...

”Absolutely perfect. Top quality appliances, beautiful staff, a perfect room - we couldn’t ask for more. 100%!”

”A great little hotel if you want to get some good rest while looking at the alps”

”It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. To where it made hard to sleep/rest. But the breakfast was pretty good and cleaness of the place was good as well..”
