”Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to...

”I personally have an issue with noisy walkers, so if your on the first floor you'll definitely hear people stomping through their room from above. Our room was okay. We had a bathroom, but was surprised in two ways. I thought upon entry there was no bathroom because of the layout (small). But there was a door that led to a bathroom that was a pretty good size. It needs a little bit of update, but it worked well. I'm american and the windows were cool. I didn't realize how it worked until...

”This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The room is clean and we love the full kitchen facilities. Staff are friendly and the hotel is well located. Would definitely stay here again.”

”近くにツルハ　セコマがあって便利だと思う”

”This was the perfect stay for our one night in Hakodate, but wish we could have staying longer to explore the city and enjoy this wonderful hotel! The amenities are top notch, from the private and public onsen, to the complimentary drinks and snacks, to the beautiful and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is such an array of Japanese food and loved the late night ramen. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of train travel. Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.”

”お風呂が広く快適に過ごせました。 寒いかと思っていたのですが、各お部屋は暖かくて良かったです。 皿やコップもあり食事もスムーズに楽しめました。”

”とても綺麗でした。”

”It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!”

”Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.”

”Prima hotel als tussenstop”

”nice owner”

”The laundry room was easy to use and super convenient for longer trips. I was able to do 2 loads without having to wait. The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. ”

”非常にのんびりできました。”
